Effective August 29, 2008 membership dues changed.
Individuals who are engaged in public health work or those who have demonstrated an interest in health. Complete an application and return with $30.00 for annual dues. There is a Late Renewal Fee of $10 if received after 3/15. Go to Membership Application
Individuals who have been active members for at least 30 years and are approved by the Board of Directors.
State or local, official or voluntary agencies and organizations engaged in public health work or other programs relating to health services. Annual Dues are based upon the level of membership chosen. Go to Agency Membership Application
Full-time students enrolled in a school of public health or health-related curricula and not employed in public health. Complete an application and return with $15.00 in dues. Go to Membership Application |
