As Substance Use Program Coordinator for UT Institute for Public Service, Jeremy Kourvelas, MPH, is Director of the SMART Policy Network, a group of multi-disciplinary experts across the state that analyze and disseminate evidence-based policy in all matters related to fighting the substance use and overdose crisis. In this webinar, Jeremy will describe the benefits and accessibility of local data compared to state or federal and show how forming a team and establishing lasting procedures are essential to long-term sustainability of any advocacy effort. |
