Certified Public Health (CPH) Continuing Education Credits
This program was approved for Certified in Public Health (CPH) continuing education credits by the University of Memphis School of Public Health, an approved provider by the National Board of Public Health Examiners.  Up to 16 CPH Recertification Credits may be earned at this event.

National Commission for Health Education Credentialing (NCHEC)
If you hold the Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) or Master Certified Health Education Specialist (MCHES) certification administered through the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing (NCHEC), participants are eligible for Category 1 approved CHES CECH hours designated as Continuing Competency (CC). 

Pending NCHEC approval, we will offer up to 11.5 CHES hours.  Of these, 1.5 hours are eligible for MCHES.  

Shelby County Health Department Nursing and Allied Health Bureau Provider Unit
This conference has been approved for continuing nursing education credits.  The Shelby County Health Department Nursing and Allied Health Bureau is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation as a provider of nursing continuing professional development.  Up to 13 CEs have been approved for nursing.

Tennessee Dental Hygienists' Association
Continuing education credit hours for dental hygienists and dentists are pending approval.

Environmental Health Specialists

How to Request Continuing Education Credit/Contact Hours or a Certification of Participation
Participants should complete: 1) the general event survey for Nursing CEs and individual sessions surveys to receive CHES/MCHES, and 2) the Verification Form of Participation and return it to the accreditation organization as indicated at the bottom of this form.
